It was an evening of music and social connect at Roots 13, hosted by Rotary Laxmi Road. Themusical extravaganza held at PYC Gymkhana, was a perfect do to connect with the NRI's and show them Rotary's overall social initiative. The event was attended by participants from the USA, UK, Baharin, Muscat, New Zealand, Australia, Dubai and other countries.
Also present were the prominent personalities from the Rotary world — DG Rtn Dr Deepak Shikarpur, Rtn Dr Mahesh Kotbagi, Rtn Vivek Aranha, President Vikram Kothari, Rtn Dr Mihir Suryawanshi, Rtn Sadanand Bhagwat, Rtn Deepa Bhagwat and Kaustubh Marathe.
Adding glamour to the event were star celebrities Ajinkya Deo, Sai Tamhankar, Amol Shetge and Aparesh Shirodkar. Seeing the response the event received, the members of Rotary, decided to conduct this event every year.
